I am looking for a guild with individuals who show up to raid regardless of how easy the content will be that night. Raiding comes with the good, the bad and the ugly, wiping should not deter raiding attendance. I also love your raid times!

-Please list any previous raiding guilds you have been in, how long you were with them, and what made you leave:

From most recent to ages ago:
Udder Perfection (horde), Precision (alliance) prior to that Sinister (Horde Vek'nilash - Vek'nilash) as the majority of my game experience.

I did most of my BC raiding with Sinister as a druid. The Guild eventually moved to Blackrock and splintered. I did not follow over, as I distaste PvP servers. I took break from the game when the Expansion hit the shelves. I came to Zul'jin following some friends of mine (a few months prior to Ulduar's release). I played a warrior/DK until Precision broke down after a merge. Since tanks are generally the core of guilds, it is hard to find a new home and prosper. I decided to play a rogue and never looked back since. I was in Udder perfection for 2 months when I chose to leave it. I have nothing personal against anyone there, some upcoming changes were not for me.

-We expect 75% raid attendance from our members. This works out to at least three nights a week on average. Will this be a problem for you? Be honest, because if you say you can make every night will hold you to it. Missing raids occasionally is fine, but we require prior notice as often as possible.:

I cannot raid wednesdays as I finish work at 10 on that day, but otherwise have near perfect raiding attendance. The last raid I missed was on my birthday.

-Please rate your class knowledge on a scale from 1 - 10. Please be honest. No one knows everything, and we want people who are constantly looking to improve, not know-it-alls who can't take advice or constructive criticism. Also, please list any areas in your play which need improvement:

8.5 is a good marker I think. I love to dip into theory crafting for all my characters and I have a few of those! the point I think I need to improve the most is my cool down management. Although I think I do a good job with them as it is, I feel on some encounters I could have gotten more out of them if I had done X while Y happened and Z was up.

-Do you have any offspecs? We are only interested if you have a viable gear set and wouldn’t mind occasionally speccing into this role when needed.

I currently do not have a full set of gear for Mutilate, I do however have 2 daggers and a few key pieces.

-Do you have a stable Internet connection? Ventrilo and a working Microphone? A computer that doesn't lock up? All of these are necessary for a healthy and functional raid environment:

-With the influx in our applications, we need to be very selective. What makes you a better candidate than another applicant of the same class/spec?:

When I raid, I am very efficient and focused. I run the best setup I can obtain with the gear I have. I always look for areas to improve in my play, push my numbers further than the previous week.

-At the current time, all new members/applicants are subject to play backup roles due to the fact that we have regular raiders. How do you feel about being a role player in our guild? This can include, but is not limited to, sitting out multiple raids in a row, coming in mid-way through a raid to fill in for someone who has left, respeccing as needed?:

I do what I must to help the guild move forward. As long as I am not forcefully bound to my character sitting in the raid group, I do not mind sitting out at all.

-This is the last section for you to provide anything you would like us to know regarding you as a player and person. We do not expect everyone to impress us, nor do we want everyone to. We want to see exactly who you are to see if you'll fit in. Please take this time to tell us anything you'd like.:

I am a full time worker, who dedicates himself to his hobbies. I will not vanish midterm for exams, I will not "lose" control of my play time. I care very little for pixels of any color - I show up with what I have and do my best with it. The emblem tiered system provides me with most of the gear I will need.

I can build am feral cat gear set in a week or so. I never bothered much for the DPS set due to high tanking demands.

I have a ToC level tree/boomkin set too.
