Finally!
After three solid weeks of attempts, disconnects, RNG, etc. we finally managed a relatively clean kill tonight, killing them on the 3rd attempt of the night. This was probably the most attempts we've ever done on a boss as a guild, but we stuck it out through all the problems and got him down.
