Took a while, but we finally got him.

I haven't really had time to post updates or screenshots, but I wanted to get our current progression up at least. We're currently 9/12 ICC 25, with Blood Queen, Sindragosa and Lich King remaining.

The first four bosses were down with two one shots, plus a one shot on Saurfang tonight after modifying our strat. That's it for ICC progression until Jan, so this would be a good time to get Heroic Anub down imo.

Well that wasn't too difficult, only about 2 hours and 12 attempts to get our first kill of that boss. I'm guessing there is quite a step up from here to Anub though...

We got our first kill of heroic faction champs tonight. It took us a couple of weeks and around 50 attempts to get it down, which isn't that bad compared to Northrend Beasts. Twins doesn't look too bad, so another week or two and we should get them down too.

We killed heroic jaraxxus tonight. He was definitely much easier than beasts, since we almost killed him our first night with a wipe on 6%, and then we got him tonight in a little over an hour. We also made some decent progress on Faction Champs, so hopefully we'll kill them next week.

Finally!

After three solid weeks of attempts, disconnects, RNG, etc. we finally managed a relatively clean kill tonight, killing them on the 3rd attempt of the night. This was probably the most attempts we've ever done on a boss as a guild, but we stuck it out through all the problems and got him down.

We completed our second clear of 10 man heroic ToC and got the Tribute to Skill achievement. Still looking for more interest in our 10 man runs so we can get a second group together. This is the best way to get ready for 25 man hard modes, so don't miss out on the experience and loot. We got 12 level 245 items, 2 trophys, and 5 crusader orbs for our group this week. That's 1.5 items per person on average and 15 emblems of triumph, way more than you'll get from normal mode 25 man ToC.

We just finished our first clear of 10 man heroic trial of the crusader. We ended up with 11 ilevel 245 items, 2 trophys, and 4 crusader orbs, so tons of loot for a relatively quick clear, and it'll only get better when we use up less attempts in the future. We're going to aim to clear this every week, maybe even with two groups if we get enough interest.

We got the server first kill (I think) on Faction Champions tonight, but I'm sure that was more a factor of starting our raids earlier than other guilds since it wasn't really a difficult fight, but it was still pretty fun.
